Skoletube: Skoletube is a website with a variety of online tools that a teacher can choose to use in order to explain new concepts in a fun way. A few of the tools in Skoletube are Prezi and PowToon.
Prezi is a presentation tool that is a useful visual if a teacher wants the students to see how many of the small points of a topic connect. You can see a web of how everything ties together, and you can zoom in on the main points of the overall theme.
In PowToon, the teacher can make fun animated videos. They can choose their own characters and settings, and write in what they want the characters to say. It is easy to make, and it is a good way to outline the main points of a presentation.
Students can also use Skoletube. The teacher can assign the students to make their own presentations using the tools of their choosing. This is a fun way for the students to do projects and to deepen their IT skills.
